what was so hilarious about dateline tonite
ok so yes on a friday night i’m at home (fuck off, i’m exhausted. i get to be home on friday if i want) watching stone phillips on dateline. i’m bored out of my skull over some stupid teenage killing by a psychopath thing and i seriously contemplate flinging myself out the window. it doesn’t take long before i construct that a fall from the 2nd floor would only annoy the shit out of me by inconviently breaking my leg, maiming me, paralizing me or something else lame so i quickly discard THAT idea. then stone phillips comes on and starts talking shit about myspace and well since i’m on there a lot doing jack shit to procrastinate at work or distract myself from the tedious tasks of some giant project on which i should be productive (keep in mind, i DO NOTHING on myspace other than color my profile and see if i have messages. occassionally i’ll stalk, but then that depresses me so i check my messages again. and as dorky and you think that sounds, strangely, i do indeed have messages. dammit.).
so the hilarious part was that they asked myspace.com for an interview. and it declined the on camera interview. myspace.com, a website, declined the interview… BUT WROTE AN EMAIL INSTEAD. from which, dateline quoted.
ahahahahaha!
the other hilarious thing is that cheeze nips commercial where the guy sits on a bag of cheeze nips and it explodes inside a glassed-in office. that commercial just cracks me up.
